You are gonna love this one, it is long but comical .
Bogus business tax benefits for corporations. Free lunches for the well-off. Student aid for prisoners and crime rings. Paying the same energy bills… twice. And billions of dollars in handouts for the dead.
These are just a small sampling of the nearly $1 trillion worth of erroneous payments the federal government has made over the past decade.669 The total annual cost of improper payments has been near or above $100 billion every year since 2009,670 reaching a record high of $125 billion in 2014.671
“Improper payments” occur when “funds go to the wrong recipient; So why would they do this? the right recipient receives the incorrect amount of funds (including overpayments and underpayments);Somebody is getting short changed documentation is not available to support a payment; Sounds just like Hillary and her server or the recipient uses funds in an improper manner.”672
From tax credits to federal health programs to school lunch programs, Supplemental Nutrition Services (SNAP), and Unemployment Insurance, tens of billions of dollars are being misspent annually as a result of mismanagement and fraud. What , how is that under this administration ,there is fraud. These improper payments take from the taxpayers as well as those for whom the funds were intended to help. But why should the tax payer disapprove this? The IRS is paying out billions of dollars in bogus tax benefits to corporations, identity thieves, prisoners, and others not eligible for the benefits including children under the age of 14 who probably are not even old enough to file tax returns.Well I have 5 children all fourteen I don’t get any of this bogus money, it’s not fair. The IRS erroneously paid corporations more than $2.7 billion in tax credits that had expired or for which the businesses did not even qualify, the Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) revealed in February.673 I really deep down in my heart fear some of the employees at the IRS are not preforming the job very well. It’s just a hunch. A month earlier, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) issued a report that found the IRS paid out more than $5.8 billion in fraudulent refunds to identity thieves.Nothing like just handing over the money , did they send an e-mail letting them know the won the ID lottery? 674 More than a million Americans not enrolled in a school received education tax credits , I must be stupid , I cannot figure out how that is done,as did hundreds of prisoners,Now I can understand the prisoners getting the money , they can funnel it to ISIS for Jihad. children under the age of 14 who are typically too young to be attending a postsecondary educational institution,What is up with every thing going to 14 year olds. and others not eligible for the assistance, costing $3.2 billion, according to a TIGTA report issued in March.675 In all, TIGTA identified 3.8 million tax
filers who received more than $5.6 billion in potentially erroneous education credits. “The IRS has yet to establish effective processes to identify taxpayers who claim potentially erroneous education credits for students who are of an unlikely age to pursue post secondary education or who are incarcerated,”Sounds like they need to hire 500 more people to fix this problem. according to TIGTA.676 The Earned Income Tax Credit boasts the highest improper payment rate of any federal program. With a 27.2 percent error rate, the IRS paid out more than $17 billion in tax credits to those who did not qualify for the benefit So I will ask again if they do this over and over again, some idiot is not learning the correct way . Surely they did not hire illegals to do this. intended to aid low and moderate income workers.677 See the illegals are suppose to get this.
In March, “a massive scheme” was exposed in New York in which thousands of homeless people were “lured” and “recruited” from shelters and welfare offices and taken to medical clinics “for unnecessary tests with the promise of free footwear such as sneakers, shoes and boots.” OKAY that is enough that is racist , Black Lives Matter should have been invited.678 Brooklyn District Attorney Ken Thompson said the “poor people” were referred to as ‘”guinea pigs” and “were exploited for hours, if not days.” The problem is I missed my 1st class flight to NEW YORK.679 In all, the “sneaker scheme”(That was the snicker scheme) swindled about $7 million from Medicaid in New York, which is a joint federal/state program.680 While this is an outrageous amount of money, it represents just a small fraction ,Hell this is so small amount as they say Jersey (FORGET ABOUT IT)of the cost of the mismanagement and fraud within the state’s healthcare program for the poor.It is always the poor that gets the screwing. Nearly $1 billion, including $513 million in improper payments and missed revenue and $361 million in questionable transactions, has been identified by the New York Office of the State Comptroller (OSC) outlined in audit reports issued between January 2011 and February 2015.Don’t worry they like Hillary will not be prosecuted .681 Medicaid overpaid pharmacies nearly $1.2 million for controlled substances that “exceeded supply limits,” And I thought I was the one that made CVS profitable according to an OSC audit released in February, for example.682
More than $6 million “in questionable payments meant to help poor families pay their energy bills” Always the poor, was approved by Baltimore, Maryland, “including grants to three dozen households that aren’t even in the city. They cannot even read the address”683 The city “signed off on paying the same energy bill twice” in “nearly three dozen cases.”684 The low-income home energy assistance program is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and administered by the Baltimore Department of Housing and Community Development. This has to be done by LIBERALS
The Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) ate up nearly $12.5 million paying for free lunches and reduced-priced meals for children from households with “excessive” income,Nothing like a free lunch, according to a report issued in April by the USDA Office of Inspector General (OIG).685 The audit noted “numerous cases of alleged fraud and theft by deception involving school district employees.”WHAT In one case, a New Jersey school board president whose husband worked for the New York Times and was the owner and head coach of a semi-professional football team under-reported her household income so her children could receive free or subsidized lunches provided by the National School Lunch Program. Now this bitch needs to be prosecuted,686 A school food authority (SFA) in Florida spent $207,763 intended for school lunches on 11 vehicles, including 4 sport utility vehicles (SUVs).687 So what is wrong with dat? Vehicles need energy too the hell with the kids lunches. Why is there so many people involve in this the first place , Fire them all, Off with their HEADS
A Michigan woman who was the world’s oldest person passed away this June, about a month after her 116th birthday. I bet she is still receiving s s payments.688 Yet, according to the Social Security Administration’s record keeping, there are 6.5 million people over the age of 111 in the U.S. who are not recorded as deceased. Ha Ha Ha somebody needs to pay back all that money.689 Just 42 people in the whole world are known to still be that old.690 As far as the government is concerned they are all still alive of course why would they worry about that it’s not their f–king money—and eligible for government handouts. In fact, the federal government is paying billions of dollars in benefits to millions of Americans who have passed away.691 The actual recipients of the money are criminals and family members of the deceased. You know with as many people as there are in the federal govt. you would think they could stop this. Someone is watching porn on their computers instead of trying to catch the bad guys.
The Department of Education Are so smart they actually cheated on its improper payment math test, giving itself a curved grade to mask the true scope of the problem. A review by the Office of Inspector General (OIG) found the Department’s reported improper payment estimates and estimation methodologies for the Pell and Direct Loan programs are “inaccurate, incomplete and unreliable. And still not a single person is fired or in jail”692 The audit concluded that the rate derived from using Office of Management and Budget “approved methodologies were significantly higher than those calculated using the Department’s revised methodologies.”693 The result: More than $1.5 billion worth of improper payments not counted on the Department of Education’s annual report card.694 In a single year, the OIG estimates “more than 34,000 participants in crime rings improperly received federal student aid. Boy does it pay to be crook”695 Federal student financial assistance is an attractive target for criminals because it does not require a credit check and has “few restrictions on how the money can be spent.”So that is how they do it , they have some one on the inside to help.696
Improved management and data collection to verify income, eligibility, college enrollment, age, or even if a recipient is alive or dead could save taxpayers $100 billion or more every year 697 and would help provide greater resources to assist those truly in need
